(2016-17) Goldsmiths HatchLabs

Over the course of 2016-2017 I've managed the development and launch of a brand-new state of the art teaching digital fabrication space at the Department of Computing, Goldsmiths University of London with the joint total capital investment of 1.2M£ by HEFCE and the University. I managed the 225k£ equipment part of the budget, specifying and purchasing all the lab equipment - from high-end CNC machines down to the most basic of hand tools and supplies. The lab is widely recognised by the students and staff as one of the most successful and popular spaces on campus.
